Learning with Bhavisha
Fun-development is pleased to introduce tutoring services.
Your child will benefit from an enjoyable and innovative approach to the curriculum so that they feel empowered with the tools and strategies to become lifelong learners. Sessions will make full use of a wide range of interactive tools and resources facilitated by online platforms. Methods can be tailored to suit the individual needs of your child; both special educational needs and English as an additional language needs can also be catered to.
During the Easter holidays, there are sessions available during the day and at the weekend. Going forward, a time and day can be agreed upon. Sessions last up 1 hour and can be shorter if required. Learning is delivered online through either Google Meet or Zoom.
Options are as follows:
- 1:1 sessions with the opportunity to work on agreed areas of focus, including help with homework if required
- Small group sessions of between 2 -4 children working on curriculum content specific to the children’s year group

Bhavisha is a full time primary school teacher and tutor of 10 years, having taught in 4 schools and year groups from Year 1, up to and including Year 6. This includes teaching and learning in both a classroom and online environment. She enjoys working with children with a variety of needs who are at different stages of their learning. Her experience encompasses all subjects covered by the national curriculum and also supporting children working towards both national and school assessments. Bhavisha is currently five years in to her Doctorate in Education, she holds both a Masters in Education and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) and is fully DBS checked.
